With an initial investment of USD$60m, Clark Education City occupies the former 1999 Philippines Expo site, the first stage of the campus comprises a significant 300,000 square metres.

TRAINING FACILITIESOur industry standard purpose built training facilities comprise of classrooms, training labs, trade workshops, commercial grade kitchens for commercial cookery courses including font and back office hotel operations, providing real world career preparation. CAMPUS LIVING FACILITIESInternational students are required to live on campus. Filipino students can sources their own accommodation off campus or choose on campus all inclusive¹, living facilities comprise dormitory style accommodation. Located within the site, the accommodation separated by gender, enjoys its own private areas, and separate but still convenient to the teaching campus.
It includes ample recreational space, including sporting and generous leisure facilities. The teaching areas are spacious, also generally air-conditioned with indoor and outdoor spaces. Within the broader campus site there is a uniquely designed 12,000-seat amphitheatre, which is used for various events. The design provides a relaxed, open and spacious environment. The campus site is fully landscaped and provides a relaxing environment to both study and live. 100% ENGLISH SPEAKING CAMPUSThe campus is 100% English speaking, including all course communications, written and verbal. SPACIOUSCompared to many college campuses in Asia and even Australia, Clark Education City has significant space, which provides an enjoyable living and studying environment. There are numerous open, covered meeting areas, with substantial space both within and surrounding the campus. The area surrounding the campus is surrounded by a magnificent picturesque landscape, with minimal development. 
CONVENIENT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT MINUTES FROM CAMPUS
The Clark International Airport is located within (CSEZ). It is literally minutes drive from campus, and with minimal traffic and no congestion, it is a convenient method of accessing the campus. A growing number of international airlines fly to and from the airport.
