The campus is located within CSEZ, also known as Clark Freeport. CSEZ is a free trade zone, located 80 kms north of Manila, Philippines and is linked by a new, efficient motorway.
CSEZ is a clean and spacious environment, supporting a healthy leisure and tourism market with a wide range of facilities including shopping centres, duty free, banking, medical facilities, international hotels, casinos, golf courses, theme parks, and other facilities.
It is a restricted zone, similar to a secure expatriate area. Few people live within the zone, and many of those that do are expatriates.
Additionally, Subic Bay is easily accessible from Clark; approximately 45 minutes drive. Subic Bay offers additional leisure activities including calm swimming beaches. Angeles City is located immediately outside the gated security entrance to the Zone. With a population of approximately 400,000, it also provides all services and facilities of a small size city, without the congestion of larger centres.Safe and Secure, 24/7Safety is the most important factor in choosing where to study. There are 2 levels of security, firstly entry into the Clark Special Economic Zone and secondly Clark Education City campus is located away from populated areas, providing a safe environment with 24/7 security and monitored entry access. One of the difficulties students face studying abroad is obtaining living accommodation that is safe and secure, and convenient to the campus. Without local knowledge students may not be aware of what areas within a city are safe and which are unsafe. This is especially so when students may have to travel at night and are not familiar with local conditions. CEC uniquely incorporates student accommodation within the campus, removing the major safety risk that can be present in travelling to and from campus.
